Cael is from Rapid City,South Dakota attended Rapid City Stevens High School. Cael is Honorable athlete from running 10.6 in 100 Meters to running 21.83 in 200 Meters as a senior in HS. Attended Victor valley college, started as a true freshman gained All conference honors. Going into Sophomore year He has been Ranked #1 JC WR in Country by Multiple ranking sites.
